Thank goodness we called Coast Air & Heat for a second opinion. They were very honest with us and notified us that our broken motor was still under warranty, so all we had to pay for were the labor costs. Let me tell you, that was a fraction of the cost that the 1st company was going to charge us. It's so hard to find honest people/companies these days. Thank you Coast Air & Heat for being an honest and trustworthy company! We will call you for all our future a/c needs.

WOW! I'm glad I got a second opinion from Coast. I called another A/C place first. They found the problem but they insisted I had to replace the entire system. I knew it was getting old but I couldn't afford a new one right then. They gave me an estimate to repair it and then I called coast because I heard from Tanya(the office manager) that they had interest free financing. Coast sent out Dan (& Cheryl) to quote me a new unit. Instead of a high pressure sale they talked to their supervisor (Chuck) about repair my existing unit for the time being until I was able to better afford a new one. He agreed to it and they did the job for LESS THAN 1/3 OF THE OTHER QUOTE!!!! Yes, I know something else is bound to go wrong with my old system but I also know who I'm going to call when I replace it. Super Group of People in this outfit! I never write reviews but I was so pleased with a company that helps out people in a bad situation rather than take advantage of them that I felt I had to. Many Thanks Dan, Tanya, Cheryl & Chuck!

After another vendor's failed efforts to repair our four-year-old heat pump, an acquaintance recommended Coast Air & Heat. It was great advice! We phoned Coast on Friday PM, the technician returned the call on Saturday AM to discuss the problem and came to the house on Monday AM to examine the unit. Under the circumstances, that's prompt service. The previous vendor planned to replace the compressor at a cost of over $1400. After an extensive diagnosis, Coast's techician found that two wires were reversed, resulting a short which caused the unit to shut off. He corrected the problem that same morning at a total cost of ONLY $170, or about 12% of the previous vendor's estimate. Overall, Coast has done an excellent job for us and we're very grateful! They took their job seriously and didn't want all our money to do it.

We have been using coast refrigeration for almost 2 years now and highly recommend them. We have had them repair our home AC and our equipment at our store. They even came to our home on Christmas day last year to fix our AC, I can think of no business in town that we would recommend more. Great people, great service.

Before calling Coast Refrigeration and Air, I was scorned from past negative dealings with other A/C companies. Coast definitely stood apart from the other A/C companies. The work they did was clean, professional and very apparent that the work was done with pride. I strongly recommend this company and wish I knew of them sooner.

I called Coast on Friday afternoon after another contractor whom I had scheduled cancelled. Tanya said she what she could do about scheduling for Saturday and would call me back. She did and told me that Gerard would come at noon on Saturday. He did and took care of a number of old problems with a 21 year old unit. Both Tanya and Gerard were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I'm proud of this business! I have been doing business with Coast Air and Heat since they bought it from a friend of mine. I wanted to give them a couple of years before I wrote a review. I have to tell you, everything about this business is first class and honest! Ihave dealings with many AC services and Coast Air is the only one I will ever do business with. I highly recommend them.
